Custom Logo Cutting Board FAQ
What's the minimum order? 20 boards for our medium branded board and 30 for our small branded board. Need fewer? Give us a call and we'll talk it through.
Do you offer bulk pricing? Yes. Small boards are $12 each and medium boards are $25 each. Orders over 50 boards get a consult for pricing and shipping.
How long does a bulk order take? Bulk orders ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Have a hard deadline? Tell us up front.
What logo files do you need? Any file type works. Send what you have. If it needs reworking before we can engrave it, cleanup may cost extra, and we'll tell you first.
Will I see a proof before you engrave? Yes. Every order gets a free logo proof, and we confirm every detail with you before we start. If your logo file needs reworking, cleanup may cost extra, and we'll let you know first.
What woods do you use? Bulk boards are made from premium cherry, with maple or walnut accents if you'd like them. Boards are face grain or edge grain depending on the order type.
What's the difference between face grain and edge grain? Face grain boards show off the wide, flat side of the wood and give your logo a big, clean surface. They're a great value for large giveaways. Our Medium Edge Grain Branded Board is the premium option: at a full inch thick, it's built from strips of cherry turned on edge, so it's sturdier, resists warping, and holds up better to years of daily use. Pick it when you want a gift that lasts.
How do I care for the board? Hand wash with mild soap, dry it right away, and never put it in the dishwasher or leave it soaking. Oil it every few weeks with a food-safe butcher block conditioner. Bulk orders do not include conditioner.
Do you ship nationwide? Yes, anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is $7 per box under 30 lb and $30 per box for boxes 30 lb and over. Orders over 50 boards get shipping quoted in a consult. We ship within the U.S. only. Need boards sent to more than one address? We can split one order across multiple addresses, with shipping charged per box.
Can you gift wrap or include a card? Bulk orders do not include gift wrap.
